Minute   Description
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye.
Milan rise to fourth in the table, ahead of Lazio on goal difference, and will look to secure another victory at the weekend against Udinese. Meanwhile Genoa, after losing for the first time under Juric, return to the San Siro to face Inter.
A dramatic end to a night that could have been very disappointing from a Milan perspective. Gattuso's side were not at their best and looked to have dropped points when Romagnoli inadvertedly diverted the ball into his own net, cancelling out Suso's early strike, but the defender was on hand right at the death to secure all three points and break Genoa's hearts.
90'+4 FULL-TIME: AC MILAN 2-1 GENOA
90'+3 An unbelievable end to the match and heartbreak for Genoa. Radu had been fantastic in the second half but that is an unforgivable error as he did not need to come for the ball and his punch was very weak.
90'+1 GOOOOOOOAL! 2-1!!! Romagnoli has won it! Radu, after all his superb saves, makes a huge error with a poor punch away and the Milan defender lobs an effort over the top of the keeper with a first-time effort to hand the hosts all three points.
The fourth official has signalled three minutes of additional time.
90' Not too long to go now and Genoa's unbeaten run under Juric looks set to continue. Although they are yet to win, a sequence of three draws that includes trips to face Milan and Juventus is certainly impressive.
88' The Milan fans will be furious with this result but it would be fair given the balance of play, as Genoa have done enough to deserve something from the game.
86' Musacchio is the latest player to see an attempt saved by Radu as his effort following a free-kick from range is easily clutched onto by the Genoa keeper.
85' Third and final change of Genoa as Pandev, after the earlier confusion, enters the game to take Piatek's place.
83' Rodriguez clatters into the back of Kouame with a poor challenge and picks up a yellow card.
Second change of the game for Milan as the disappointing Calhanoglu is replaced by Castillejo.
80' Veloso has his name taken after fouling Suso.
78' Second change of the night for Genoa as Mazzitelli makes way for Omeonga.
76' A bizarre moment as the stadium speakers announce Pandev's introduction for Piatek but the experienced striker then takes his seat back on the bench, suggesting a last minute change of plans.
74' The home fans are making their feelings known by whistling the Milan side, who look set to suffer another frustrating result by dropping points in a game they really should be winning.
72' WIDE! A superb effort from Calhanoglu as he chips the ball up on the edge of the area before striking towards goal but his attempt is wide of the mark.
71' Genoa have had to deal with increased pressure from Milan and Juric's side seem content to place all their focus on their defensive duties for the latter stages of the game.
67' Genoa's turn to make a change as Veloso enters the game to take the place of Romulo.
66' Milan have had chances but Radu has been excellent in the second half. He perhaps could have done better for Suso's goal but any criticism will have been wiped away by his two superb stops to deny Higuain.
63' First change of the game is a Milan one as Laxalt makes way for Abate, which sees the hosts switch to a more familiar four-man defence.
62' Inside the final half hour in the San Siro and Milan need a response if they are to retake the lead. They have simply not been good enough since Suso's early goal.
60' Calhanoglu floats a Milan corner into the middle of the box but Radu is there to punch the ball away, with Kessie's shot from distance not causing Genoa any problems.
56' GOOOOAL! 1-1! Piatek pinches the ball of Bakayoko inside the box and possession falls to Kouame, who has been excellent tonight, and his driven attempt floats up into the air following a huge deflection off Romagnoli and the ball diverts into the net off the Milan defender.
54' Not too much in the way of chances for either side since the restart but the game remains very open.
52' Milan continue to play a risky game in defence by allowing Genoa to put them under an intense amount of pressure but the visitors have been unable to take advantage.
50' Kessie bundles Romulo over in midfield and becomes the first Milan player in the book.
48' The resulting corner forces another save from Radu but Genoa are awarded a defensive free-kick.
46' Milan get the action back underway for the second half, where Gattuso will be hoping for plenty of improvement.
Gattuso changed to a 3-4-3 formation for this match to counter Genoa's set-up but the signs have not been great so far and he made consider a return to a more familiar 4-4-2 shape. Kouame looks like Genoa's most threatening asset this evening and if he combines with Piatek, Milan could have huge problems.
Suso's early goal is the difference so far but Milan have certainly not been at their best. Genoa responded superbly and finished the first period on the front foot, with the hosts' defence looking extremely shaky. If it continues like this, then Juric's side are sure to secure an equaliser.
45' HALF-TIME: AC MILAN 1-0 GENOA
43' Criscito picks up the game's first yellow card for a high footed challenge on Cutrone.
42' Kouame's pace is causing Milan's defence all sorts of problems and Genoa continue to find encouragement as the first half enters it's latter stages.
39' Donnarumma plays a poor pass out from the back that is intercepted by Kouame but the defence is on hand to clear his driven ball into the box away.
37' Milan looking shaky defensively as they sloppily concede possession but Genoa are unable to take advantage, with Donnarumma clutching the ball to quell the danger.
35' Calhanoglu takes Milan's first corner of the game and plays it short to Suso, who cuts back inside before seeing his cross headed away.
33' The match has settled into a fairly even contest with Milan not managing to put Radu under too much pressure, while Genoa continue to try and build a way back into the match.
29' Mazzitelli bundles over Rodriguez and Milan earn a free-kick in a position that invites a delivery into the box. However, Calhanoglu thinks differently and strikes an effort at goal that Radu collects easily.
27' The visitors continue to pile forward to ask questions of the Milan defence but it is not quite falling their way at the moment. They still have plenty of time though.
25' Genoa starting to show signs of life after a slow start and Piatek is certainly giving Milan something to think about defensively.
22' Nice build-up play for Milan ends with Kessie feeding a pass to Higuain just inside the box but the experienced forward can only fire a harmless effort over the bar.
20' Genoa have had nothing to offer on a drizzly night in the San Siro and Donnarumma has had nothing to do.
16' Laxalt, playing against his former side, has seen plenty of the ball down the left for Milan this season. Gattuso has changed formation this evening to counter Genoa's threat and it seems to be working so far.
12' Still no rhythm for Genoa, who will need to get top-scorer Piatek on the ball more. The Poland striker has a superb record of nine goals in nine Serie A matches this season, although he is yet to find the net under Juric.
10' Milan continue to keep Genoa under pressure as they seek to continue their fine run at home and Juric's side have been unable to find a response in the opening exchanges.
8' Not the start Genoa would have wanted, in what is only Juric's third game in charge, and the visitors now have a mountain to climb.
4' Calhanoglu, often the architect for Milan, earns another assist but all the praise for that goal must go to Suso.
GOOOOOAL! 1-0 Milan! A lightning-quick start for the hosts as Suso drives inside from the left flank and smashes a shot from distance past Radu, who got a hand to the effort but could not push the ball away.
3' A fairly tepid start to the game as both sides look to establish a rhythm and the majority of the play so far has been in midfield.
1' We are underway at the San Siro, where Genoa get the action started.
The two teams are on the field ahead of the start of the game, which was a postponed fixture from the opening weekend of the season.
