Minute   Description
A massive relief for Juventus, who ensure they'll remain ahead of Napoli in the race for the Serie A title for at least one more week. Their four-point advantage could be reduced to just a single point tomorrow if Napoli win and Juventus know their fight is far from over, as they finish the campaign with clashes against Bologna, Roma and Verona.
Inter's struggles against Juventus continue, now winning just one of their last 11 Serie A matches against the Old Lady. They miss the chance to rise into the top-four and give the opportunity for Lazio to extend their advantage to four points tomorrow. Spalletti's side have three crucial games remaining against Udinese, Sassuolo and Lazio.
IT'S ALL OVER! What an incredible game at the San Siro! Douglas Costa fired Juventus into an early lead and Matias Vecino was then sent off. The second half was completely different, with Inter Milan turning on the heat and taking the lead following a header from Mauro Icardi and an own-goal from Andrea Barzagli. That seemed to have condemned Juventus to defeat but a late rally turned the game on it's head, Milan Skriniar deflected the ball into his own net before Gonzalo Higuain's dramatic header.
90'+5 Now then, amidst all the drama it appears Allegri has been sent to the stands from charging onto the field to urge his side to keep their heads after they took a dramatic late lead.
90'+4 Third and final change for Inter, who introduce Karamoh for D'Ambrosio.
90'+2 FIVE minutes of added time.
90'+1 I can't quite believe this. Juventus showed absolutely no signs of life in the second half but Cuadrado gets fortunate with a huge deflection, then Higuain emerges from nowhere. Two goals in two minutes, Juventus reach out towards the Serie A title once again.
89' A fantastic delivery from Dybala, putting the ball on a plate for his compatriot.
OH MY WORD! Juventus have done it! Where on earth has this come from!? Dybala fires a brilliant delivery into the area where Higuain heads home his first goal in almost a month.
88' A silly booking for Brozovic who boots the ball away but the real damage could come from the resulting free-kick.
87' GOAL! Juventus have the equaliser! Cuadrado skips into the box and fires towards the far post. It takes a huge deflection off Skriniar and into the far corner.
85' Job done for Icardi, who makes way for Davide Santon.
Bologna, Roma and Verona for Juventus after this. That game in Rome could be the deciding clash in the title race.
83' You'd struggle to realise that Inter are down to ten men if you were just tuning in, as they haven't shown it at all in the second half.
81' Inter also make a change, bringing on Valero to bolster the midfield. Rafinha makes way.
80' Final change of the game for Juventus, who bring on Bentancur for Pjanic.
79' Edging towards the final ten minutes in a game that will have a huge impact at the top of the table. It leaves the door open for Napoli to leapfrog Juventus into top spot tomorrow, while it would fire Inter into the top-four.
77' Sandro becomes the fifth Juventus player to be booked this evening.
At the other end, Icardi is inches away from a decisive touch to net his second of the game. We're set for a nail biting finish at the San Siro!
75' WHAT A SAVE! Cuadrado wins a free-kick, which Dybala curls towards the top left-hand corner and forces a superb diving save from Handanovic- who had already started to move to his right and had to recover.
72' Remember what I said earlier about Icardi being isolated? You can now switch that to Higuain.
68' Inter have been a completely different animal in this second half, fighting to win every ball and giving no indications that they're the side down to ten men. Juventus, on the other hand, have been horrendous.
66' Second change for Juventus, who are now chasing the game and potentially losing their grip on the Scudetto. Mandzukic is taken off, with Bernardeschi entering the frame.
65' GOAL! Inter take the lead! Perisic beats Cuadrado down the left, drills a cross into the middle where Barzagli bundles into his own net.
63' WASTED! A glorious break for Juventus as Higuain bursts through on goal, rounds Handanovic but fails to hit the target.
61' And there's the change. Khedira makes way and Dybala enters the frame with plenty to prove after a woeful performance last week.
Juventus are eagerly waiting to be able to make the game's first change, with Paulo Dybala prepped on the sidelines.
59' Why on earth was VAR not consulted there? It was a very, very poor challenge from Pjanic and certainly deserved a second booking. Clearly the referee missed it, so why didn't the video assistant step in?
58' I predicted ten minutes for it to kick off again, I'm not far off! Pjanic clatters into Rafinha with a very clumsy and high challenge but escapes a second yellow. Inter are understandably furious and D'Ambrosio gets booked for dissent.
56' An equaliser that will be celebrated loudly in Naples, as it leaves the door open for Napoli tomorrow. If it stays like this, a victory for Napoli tomorrow would take them to the top of Serie A.
52' A brilliant ball in from Cancelo, finally giving Icardi the service he needs.
GOAL! Take back what I said about Icardi! Cancelo whips a blistering free-kick into the danger area, where Icardi heads past Buffon. Game on!
Another Juventus yellow, this time for Mandzukic.
51' Still nothing from Icardi in this match, who is looking extremely isolated at the point of Inter's attack. Surely changes are right around the corner.
49' Spalletti's side playing with quick attacking intent, taking throw-ins swiftly, and it's a sloppy start from Juventus. Buffon still untested though.
47' Inter seeing the lion's share of the ball in the opening minutes of the second half, with Perisic finding room down the left, but Cuadrado does enough to quell the danger.
45' KICK-OFF! Back underway at the San Siro, where Juventus get us started. How long until tempers flare again? I'm going for ten minutes.
Juventus are far from their brilliant best but, to be fair, they don't need to be. Allegri will want his side to secure full control of the game in the second half and he may be concerned by those on a booking, as Cuadrado, Barzagli and Pjanic were all cautioned.
Inter seem to believe the world is against them this evening but they can't have too many complaints with the big decisions of that half, as there didn't appear to be any reason for Costa's goal to be chalked off and Vecino's challenge certainly deserved a dismissal. A number of decisions didn't go their way, perhaps incorrectly, but the main issue is Spalletti's side have been poor.
HALF-TIME! And breathe. A first half full of drama comes to a close with Juventus holding a narrow advantage, following Douglas Costa's fine finish. Matias Vecino was dismissed for a poor tackle on Mario Mandzukic, while Blaise Matuidi saw a late effort disallowed for offside.
45'+6 OFFSIDE! More incidents to mull over as Matuidi smashes home but is clearly offside but Mandzukic looked to have been fouled in the build-up. It's not a penalty though and Juventus may feel hard done by.
45'+3 Both sides will feel they'll have more to do in the second half, with Inter yet to show up and Juventus not really turning the screw as much as they could.
45'+1 Into SIX minutes of added time at the end of the first half, as we've had two VAR incidents.
45' Another Juventus yellow, as Barzagli flies into a poor challenge on Icardi.
42' If only Inter were showing as much fight with the ball as they are appealing every decision that goes against them.
40' It's all boiling over (again). Inter are convinced all the decisions are going against them, while Mandzukic goes head-to-head with Candreva. A quick telling off from the referee and we're back underway.
39' Spalletti needs to kick his side into shape during the interval, as they've offered very little.
37' Still feels like Juventus can put this game to bed whenever they like but they seem to have taken their foot off the gas. They can afford to, as Inter haven't put their foot down at all- except Vecino on Mandzukic, of course.
35' Juventus are getting all the decisions tonight, with Inter fans furious after a blatant free-kick isn't given after Sandro fouls Cancelo deep in the attacking half.
33' Mandzukic continues to find plenty of room down the left side, where it looks like a complete mismatch up against Cancelo. The Portugal full-back has been chasing shadows for the entirety of the first half.
31' Better from Inter then, who are starting to show signs of life, but the lack of creativity is becoming a real issue.
29' CLOSE! A fabulous strike from Candreva, who sets his sights at goal and curls towards the top corner. It was dipping but Buffon superbly tips it behind for a corner, which comes to nothing.
28' Inter's fans crying for a second yellow card to be issued to Pjanic, who has already been booked, but it would have been a very harsh decision.
27' Inter are struggling to find their rhythm and the lack of creativity in midfield is starting to show. Icardi has been a passenger thus far, while the dismissal of Vecino certainly doesn't help matters.
25' One way traffic at the moment, with Inter yet to test Buffon. Perisic tries to fire home from distance but fails to hit the target.
23' Inter have a mountain to climb now and it's a scoreline that will delight Roma and Lazio. Napoli won't be happy though, that's for sure.
21' A very fiery game at the San Siro, with Pjanic the latest to receive punishment from the referee.
18' RED CARD! Vecino stamps on Mandzukic and is immediately in trouble. The referee initially booked the midfielder and then consulted VAR. It's a shocking tackle and certainly is the right call.
15' Not sure why exactly but VAR was consulted for that goal and awarded it. Inter were appealing, perhaps for handball, but the right decision was certainly reached.
13' It's a very basic ball for Cuadrado and woeful for Inter's defence.
GOAL! Juventus take the lead! The visitors continue to push following that corner and Inter remain switched off. Cuadrado fires a cross over to Costa, who takes one touch and smashes a shot across the goal into the far corner.
A messy moment at the back for the hosts, where Inter's defence falls asleep and allows Mandzukic to find room. It's put behind for a corner but Pjanic's delivery is swiftly headed away.
11' Juventus are being very sloppy with possession in the opening exchanges, which Allegri won't be happy with, but Inter haven't managed to pick their way through yet.
9' Fairly balanced start here, with neither side having a sight of goal yet and Inter trying to play their way out of defence at every opportunity.
5' Early yellow card for Cuadrado, who clatters into Perisic in the middle of the field.
3' Matuidi unhappy as he feels he should have won an early corner. He doesn't get one but Candreva horrendously misplaces his pass and gives the visitors a set-piece. The delivery is dealt with and the danger passes.
1' KICK-OFF! We're underway at the San Siro, where Inter get us started.
Allegri makes five changes to his Juventus side, including switching his entire back four. Cuadrado, Rugani, Barzagli, Sandro and Mandzukic all come in, with Dybala, Chiellini, Benatia, Asamoah and Howedes dropping to the bench.
Inter make two changes to the side that beat Chievo last weekend, with Karamoh and Valero dropping to the bench. As a result, Vecino and Candreva start.
Juventus subs: Wojciech Szczesny, Carlo Pinsoglio, Paulo Dybala, Giorgio Chiellini, Federico Bernardeschi, Claudio Marchisio, Stephan Lichtsteiner, Rodrigo Bentancur, Mehdi Benatia, Benedikt Howedes, Kwadwo Asamoah.
Inter subs: Tommaso Berni, Daniele Padelli, Yann Karamoh, Dalbert, Borja Valero, Andrea Pinamonti, Eder, Andrea Ranocchia, Davide Santon, Lisandro Lopez.
Juventus XI: Gianluigi Buffon; Juan Cuadrado, Daniele Rugani, Andrea Barzagli, Alex Sandro; Sami Khedira, Miralem Pjanic, Blaise Matuidi; Douglas Costa, Gonzalo Higuain, Mario Mandzukic.
Inter XI: Samir Handanovic; Joao Cancelo, Milan Skriniar, Miranda, Danilo D'Ambrosio; Marcelo Brozovic, Matias Vecino; Antonio Candreva, Rafinha, Ivan Perisic; Mauro Icardi.
Juventus, meanwhile, saw the race for the Serie A title blown open following their loss to Napoli last weekend. Massimiliano Allegri's side have a one point advantage and can extend that lead to four points with victory here, although they certainly have the tougher run-in when compared to their title-rivals.
Inter enter tonight's game one point behind Lazio and the Champions League spots, needing victory to climb into the top-four. Unbeaten at the San Siro since December, Luciano Spalletti's side know they'll need a historic result to overcome the defending champions tonight.
Good evening and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Serie A clash between Inter Milan and Juventus, where two giants of Italian football come toe-to-toe in the final weeks of the campaign with everything to play for.
