Cleveland Indians reliever Andrew Miller is heading back to the disabled list.

The 33-year-old was placed on the disabled list with right knee inflammation, Indians manager Terry Francona announced on Saturday.

Miller has registered a 4.40 ERA in 14.1 innings pitched this season.

Miller allowed three runs in 0.2 of an inning on Friday against the Astros. Houston went on to win the game 11-2.

"I'm definitely not sharp," Miller said after the loss ( via ESPN ).

"I wish I had the answers. I think there's flashes of it, but it's been a pretty big grind lately."

Miller also landed on the DL in late April with a left hamstring strain. He returned on May 11 and made six appearances before injuring his knee.

The Indians have opened 2018 with a 24-25 record. They currently lead the American League (AL) Central.
