Former NBA pair help Brazil stay perfect in World Cup qualifying

Leandro Barbosa and Anderson Varejao led the way as Brazil made it three wins from three games in FIBA World Cup qualifying.

Former NBA pair Barbosa and Varejao starred in Brazil's 84-49 rout of Colombia Thursday.

Barbosa, who spent time with the Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors, Boston Celtics, Indiana Pacers and the Toronto Raptors, top-scored with 18 points as Brazil stayed perfect.

Varejao – part of Golden State's team last season – had 14 points and 13 rebounds in the Americas Group B clash.
